If you are looking for student housing that is affordable, comfortable, and close to campus, then Pace Apartments is right for you. Don't be stuck with an absentee landlord. I've lived in Cortland all my life and in recent years many student apartments have been purchased by out of town landlords. Out of town owners cannot provide the level of service that I can provide. Buyer beware.
