I want to live in your house but I don’t have a full group yet, what do I do?
You can work with us to secure your spot and help you build a group or wait.

I have a car is that okay?

Yes we have enough parking , no worries.

How far are your houses from the college?

Walking distance, actually a very short walking.

What is close by?
Pontillos pizzeria, a wonderful convenient store, and beautiful animals at the water works.

Is the balcony for us? And is furniture included?

Yes, we will give you whatever you want with furniture and the balconies are all yours!

Is laundry included?
Yes, laundry is in each unit and there is no charge.

Do the apartments have dishwashers?

Yes, and wonderful stoves, big fridges, and microwaves.

What do I have to bring with me?
Just your clothes, school stuff, decorations for holidays, cookware and dishes, and whatever else you want.
We have you covered with most of the rest.

Are the beds comfy and what size?
They are full size beds and they are really excellent quality and comfy.

Do I need to bring a tv?
No, we have them in every room even the bathroom!

Can I decorate?
Yes you can decorate your room, you can decorate outside for holidays and inside, you can make the place whatever you want. Just don’t use the sticky tape on the walls use small thumbtacks.

Is WiFi included?
On most of our houses, yes.

Can we have a grill to cook outside?
Of course as long as you keep it away from the house.

Can I have a ring door bell camera?
Yes.

Can we make requests if we want different chairs, desks or tables?

Yes we will pretty much give you whatever you want within reason.

Can we have exercise equipment inside the apartment?

Yes , you can. If you need an exercise bike or elliptical let us know to help you.
